The
Ammarin Museum is a Bedouin Ethnic Museum with photographs of
the Ammarins and the area they have lived in. It
contains a collection of stones that were used by the Ammarins
shamans for healing as well as an exhibit of the local wild
herbs and frankincense that have been used for healing and
different remedies by the Ammarins. Ample information is
displayed on the history of the Ammarins and their shaman
practices.
The
exhibit is within the Ammarin Bedouin Resort area hosted in a
small area that is similar to the old Ammarins' houses.
Visitors
are encouraged to sign the Guests' book.
No
smoking or touching of items is allowed inside the Museum.
